You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For last-minute changes, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Every transfer is private. You and your party have the vehicle to yourselves, with direct door-to-door service from SSR / MRU airport to your accommodation. We do not operate shared shuttles.

A comfort sedan fits up to 2 large suitcases plus hand luggage. A family minivan fits up to 5 large suitcases. A group minibus fits up to 10 large suitcases. If you have oversized items such as golf bags, surfboards or strollers, tell us when booking so we send the right vehicle.

Yes, but unscheduled stops must be agreed with the driver or arranged in advance. Short stops for a quick supermarket visit can usually be accommodated. For longer sightseeing detours, ask for a custom tour quote on WhatsApp.

Yes. All our drivers speak English and French, and many also speak Mauritian Creole. If you need a driver who speaks another language, mention it when booking and we will do our best to arrange it.

We provide infant capsules, toddler seats and booster seats free of charge. Tell us the age, weight or height of each child in your WhatsApp booking so we install the correct seat before your transfer.

Most transfers between 6 AM and midnight are covered by our standard fixed price. A small supplement may apply for pickups between midnight and 5 AM. We will always tell you the full price before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

Yes, subject to vehicle availability. Same-day bookings are best confirmed via WhatsApp because we can check driver availability and reply instantly. We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead during peak season.
